These Terms of Service govern your access and use of Brotein (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Brotein. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental permission to use the Service.

Accounts and usernames

When you create an account you must provide accurate information. Usernames must follow our rules and must not contain profanity or other banned content. We reserve the right to disable or remove usernames that violate our policies.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are offered via Stripe Checkout. By purchasing you agree to Stripe’s terms. All charges are billed in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are at the discretion of Brotein—contact support to request a refund.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for content you submit (ratings, reviews, profile info). Do not post illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates others’ rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All site content is owned by Brotein or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute proprietary content without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brotein is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
